These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getroverandroam.com (the "Site") and any order you place through it. The Site is operated by Astro Logistics LLC, which holds the legal d/b/a "Rover & Roam" and trades as Rover + Roam ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Site.

Availability

PACKT is a pre-release product. Parts of the Site may invite you to join an email list rather than to buy, and the ability to place an order may not be available at all times. Where a page describes an order, payment, shipping, or return, those terms apply from the point ordering opens. Joining the email list is not an order, creates no obligation on either side, and does not reserve or guarantee stock.

Products and pricing

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours, or other content on the Site are free of error. Screens render colour differently, and a product photograph or render is a representation rather than an exact match.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors and update information at any time, and we may cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order for any lawful reason — suspected fraud, a limit on stock, or a pricing error among them. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase and processed by Shopify.

Delivery and returns are governed by the policies below, which form part of these Terms:

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photography, renders, layout, and design — together with the names and marks Rover + Roam, Rover & Roam, and PACKT, and the phrase "Wherever you go, they go," belong to Astro Logistics LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.

How you may use the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site

Disclaimer

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. Products are covered by any warranty stated at the point of sale and by your rights under applicable consumer law, which these Terms do not limit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Astro Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from a product you purchase, on any theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astro Logistics LLC and its officers, members, and agents against any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at hello@getroverandroam.com so we can try to resolve it directly — most things are settled this way. If that does not resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer arbitration rules, seated in the State of Delaware. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
