Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and federal holidays. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves.

Carriers and delivery times

Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS, and we choose the carrier based on your address. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses can take longer.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, its progress is outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the number by email when the order is dispatched, and you can follow it on the carrier's own site.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you order. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address — you cover the cost of the second shipment. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with your neighbours and your building first, then contact the carrier, then contact us.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or the tracking shows it is lost, email hello@getroverandroam.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Photographs help. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Changes and cancellations

Email hello@getroverandroam.com as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order at any point before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped it cannot be changed — but you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
