We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                          Free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax). Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
                                                                                                                                                    
Processing Time                                                           
                                                                                                                                                All orders ship within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.                                                                                                                
                                                                   
Carriers & Transit Times                                                                                                                          

Orders are fulfilled via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Order Tracking                                                                                                                                   
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the
carrier's website.                                                                                                                                
                                                                                   
Lost or Damaged Packages                                                                                                                     
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@getroverandroam.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
                                                                 
Order Changes & Cancellations                                                                                                                     
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us at hello@getroverandroam.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified — but you can return it under our 14-day return policy.
