Refund policy
14-Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it - Unwashed — if the bed has been washed, it cannot be returned
- In its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
Items that show signs of use, washing, pet hair accumulation, or damage beyond normal shipping wear are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at hello@getroverandroam.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Adventure Bed arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@getroverandroam.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including free return shipping for the damaged item.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
